Job responsibilities: 

Act as HRBP to drive excellence of business performance and provide strong support for talent attraction, development and retention. 

Consolidate and streamline the HR policies and processes to drive performance and provide strong support to the business over Asia. 

Provide leadership on HR related strategic planning and drive for implementation on all the plans accordingly. 

Provide direction and strong support in talent attraction and ensure quality hiring actions of targeted talents in Asia to support the company growth strategy through effective channels and resources. 

Develop and drive strategy specifically in relation to retention, learning and strategic development of talents in Asia.

Establish strong partnership with business leaders in China with particular focus on Asia performance improvement and cross functional collaboration. 

Drive talents development strategy implementation to support the strong growth need of Asia business. 

Drive an ownership culture through deploying the employee engagement activities. 

Work with regional and global HR team on strategic initiatives.

Provide guidance and strong support to the administration team to accomplish the business expectations. 

Requirements:

Result oriented with a demonstrated track record of success in MNC with manufacturing sites & R&D centers. Experience in high tech and/or turnaround of business and/or M&A of local companies are preferred. 

Have strong experience in acting as key business partner on all HR related strategies and operations matters, in addition to developing and implementing HR policies and processes across the businesses. 

Experience in leading a sized team is essential and working with local and international partners. 

Highly developed communication skills both in English and Chinese, with ability to work with a wide range people from executive and workers. 

Business related major with a bachelor degree, master in business administration or human resources management is preferred. 

Experience in administration management in manufacturing environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• In line with company strategies, develop, recommend and implement local strategies and plans for supply chain optimization and input in the BUs strategic plan and budget.
• Identify and manage ad-hoc strategic projects based around responding to specific business & customer needs
• Initiate and drive productivity programs and cost optimization projects.
• Select, hire, motivate, and retain a strong team in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the team have a development program in place that will continually develop the skill set across the Supply Chain
• Develop Supply chain and sub functional succession plans which are aligned to the Supply Chain direction and future demands
• Implement, facilitate and Sales Forecasting and Sales & Operations review process improvements to achieve the principles and processes of Business Excellence.
• Accountable for ensuring the demand, supply and scheduling process is managed to deliver the right products to the right place and at the right time
• Accountable for inventory management within the Supply Chain network covering total fulfilment at store and online channels
• Implement relevant KPI’s, dashboards and reporting to give full transparency of performance as well as availability of Finished Goods across the business
• Ensure planning systems database integrity is maintained and aligned to Global requirements and ongoing development

• Align warehouse & transportation network to support business growth and market requirements by Channel
• Monitor the performance of all 3PL warehouses and other logistics providers, ensuring they are aware of deadlines, priorities and special instructions, collecting monthly KPI data, attending regular site visits and governance meetings.
• Oversee the warehousing and distribution of orders to retail and e-commerce areas as well as to wholesale and amenities customers.
• Provide regular and clear communications relating to stock levels and delivery dates, ensuring that freight is tracked, and relevant parties advised of any delays.
• Communicate with the warehouse regarding order allocations, priorities and special instructions.

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations Management or Logistics.
• Have a proven track-record of process improvement and measurable wins within a supply chain leadership role for a fast-paced, sizable company
• Management experience at a senior level with exposure to warehousing, distribution, and planning functions.
• Strong English and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sound understanding of the events industry, provide insight and foresee future industry trends.
• Develop budgets in line with business performance and growth requirements, drive revenues while control expenditures to achieve budgeted contributions and margins.
• Supervise timely forecast and other financial reports to the Greater China and APAC regional office, providing financial insight and executive analysis and taking actions as part of the business management process.
• Maintain vigilance over revenue and profit performance; provide direction, advice and recommendations to ensure financial objectives and KPIs are met.
• Conduct in-depth analysis that support thorough understanding of the market; develop commercial strategy plans to grow existing business; and identify risks and opportunities for new business development.
• Streamline and integrate finance standards and processes across subsidiaries and ensure compliance to company and statutory policies
• Ensure effective roll-out and implementation of global business initiatives and directives across subsidiaries in Greater China.
• Work with portfolio leaders in JV, Head of Government Relation and Head of Operations in Greater China, to develop venue strategy and long-term relationship with the key venues in China

• University degree in the field of business science with Finance and MBA is plus
• Member of one of PA/CFA/CMA/ACCA 
• At least 15 years working experience, audit experience in a Big-4 audit firm is a plus
• Strong analysis and communication
• Good English
• Willing to travel

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee on-going relationships with portfolio companies to enhance value to the portfolio company. This may include taking possible board seats or observer roles positions to develop technologies, companies and management teams that help us to strategically grow and transform our business.

Provide effective updates and reviews on deal flow status and the portfolio to manager, Steering Board and other  groups. A variety of communication vehicles may be used such as Powerpoint presentations, written reports, etc.

Recommend additional pathways for innovation such as use of accelerators, university entrepreneurship programs, research organizations, pitch programs, etc. Recommends conferences for ADM to sponsor and attend.

Participate in and may speak at industry events such as conferences, tradeshows or other related events. May lead/support internal Venture’s events such as hosting our own pitch events, etc.
