The key responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Responsible for the regional distributors' account management and business development.
• Manage sales budgets. Achieve business goals and formulate strategic plans to meet sales targets.
• Identify and evaluate potential sales leads, explore new markets/opportunities.
• Liaise with internal parties and distributors to provide necessary support to the regional sales activities as well as solutions management.
• Supervise regional distributor's local sales strategies to ensure global synergy and corporate
guidelines are met.
• Reporting for sales and demand forecast, market trend, competitions, analysis, and power point presentation.
