Responsibilities
• Make overall business strategy, general management including sales, marketing, hr, finance, supply chain, manufacturing functions, etc.
• P&L responsibility with ownership of budgets and revenue forecasting
• Lead China business exploring and management from 0-1
• Work with North America Operations leadership regarding strategy development and operational implementation.
• Work with Global and local support leaderships on matters solving
• Lead negotiations of commercial terms with suppliers and partners
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and maximize customer satisfaction
